![]() In conclusion it is a real shame the place is run the way it is. My boyfriend was having issues opening the locker and asked for help and the employee yelled at him aggressively from across the room “it’s not that hard.” Pretty bad customer service. Lastly at the end of the day you pick up your shoes from a locker. I had them on in the main area and an employee came up and weirdly whispered in my ear about taking them off. They offer paper shoes but you can only wear them in the bathroom which was also not communicated. Isn’t that a health violation? I felt so disgusted which of course is not a feeling you want to have while at a spa day that you spent a lot of money on. While i absolutely respect the cultural practice I think it is absolutely disgusting to not allow people to wear shoes in the cafeteria. The next part was their rule about not wearing shoes. They were constantly hawking over you at everything you did from walking around to simply sitting in a hot tub they would aggressively yell at you or others or whistle at others at the pools which made it very difficult to enjoy the day. ![]() The first part was the employees at the spa. Sojo has the potential to really be the perfect spa day with the amount of great Amenities it has to offer, however there were a few factors that truly ruined the experience.
